Returns & Exchange

Thank you for shopping on our website. We hope you love your Awana Be Fit active wear! But, if for any reason you have to return your purchase, simply mail off your return within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will be happy to offer you a refund. Exchanges can also be made. However, they can only be for a different size or color of the same style only.

FOR DOMESTIC RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Please Include the INVOICE SHEET that came with your order and note the instructions below

Returns/Exchanges can only be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of your item. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please mail to the Return Address that is on the attached label of the invoice.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Awana Be Fit is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only.

Once we receive your returned item, we will refund you the purchased amount and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business day for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We don’t refund original shipping charges.

  • All international Orders must be handled as a return as exchanges cannot be made.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns allowed over 30 days.
  • All Awana Be Fit items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers, folded in its original bag. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Awana Be Fit return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • Awana Be Fit guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defect for the first 30 days as long as you follow our care instructions.
  • If you believe you have received a defective product, prior to returning the item, please Email with an image of the defect and your order number for our production team to review.
  • By placing an order with Awana Be Fit the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.
  • Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled, however returns can still be made.
  • Please note – sale items may be returned or exchanged for different size of same style and color only.

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

  • Please be aware that original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non-refundable. 
  • International Orders can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order as shipping must be paid.
  • Awana Be Fit reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the below requirements. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the US.
  • All items must be returned in perfect condition, not used and with the original packaging and tags still attached. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging. Customs or any additional charges for returning the product will not be covered by Awana Be Fit and any charges will be due to be payable by the customer if incurred by Awana Be Fit and will be subtracted from any refund due.
  • If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Awana Be Fit will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Awana Be Fit. Please note that if you refuse to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us minus a return charge fee.
  • Normally the return of the product takes 10-21 business days but depending on the country’s customs officers.
